Federal government office

Applied two kids passports in the end of April/beginning of May. One came back in 4 weeks, the other still waiting as of now. We have called 5-6 hours a day for the past week or so and got told a different thing by each person. Today we give up, we fly on Monday the 4th, and if we don't get the passport when we take the 2.5 hour drive up to Canberra, I don't know what to do.

Poor phone service ever! Could you hire service people without accent? It is really hard to understand what they are saying. Totally waste of time!

Would release details why they refused entry to mother in law, when she is 66yo and a model citizen. If only you could pray where lightning strikes

A very judgemental place!

Used to be a relaxing and special place to visit, our Traralgon library. Now? Alienating, with security guards at the entrance, sterile 15 min. visit limit imposed ... staff cut off by screens (of course), no comfy chairs to relax and read, no feeling of welcome community.Yep, the new normal - alienating for the 'well-behaved' who do not protest ...

I went to the city for a meeting today. It took me over three hours to get there from Sutherland station. I completely missed the meeting!! All his government fault. Lack of maintenance. On top of that..this Perrottet government is a continuation of the grossly corrupt Gladys bericjicken, porkbarrelero job for the boys.Plus the selling of our assets continue

I met Steve two days back and really impressed in his attitude and knowledge. He is very busy and you may have to wait atleast 2 weeks to get his appointment. But I think the wait is really worth. I decided to process my visa application through them and I'll definitely write a detailed review once I done.

Have been using Iscah for the past 3 years and would say their service is fantastic! Henny, Natalia and Iscah team were really helpful in responding all my queries and provided me with lots of updates.

Tried to call and help my employees with student visas gain clarity to their employment and trying to do the right thing with following their changes in rules and regulations. But the rep over the phone was not helpful and kept shouting out certain documents for me to refer to, with the attempt that I'd second guess and just hang up. I had already read through everything and there was no clear category in their terrible website, no one likes being on the phone with call centres, lets be frank. Thanks for making things so uncertain. It is like they try to get people to break the law. Absolutely disgusting. As soon as he started shouting, I knew he actually didn't know the answer to my question. Train your staff better.

They r very un professional there staff rnt qualified to do anything i wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything very bad they have no idea from one person to the next absolutely disgusting
