Flower delivery

Easy to pick an arrangement, quick delivery time, good presentation of fresh flowers. Most of all my Mum just loved them.

The bloom room they where the friendliest and most professional florist i have ever used ,The attention to detail , love and care put into there arrangements where flawless . i will Be defiantly recommending them to everyone

Unfortunately my experience with The Wild Bunch isn’t a positive one.I had ordered a bunch of flowers almost a week ahead of Mother’s Day, calling and paying over the telephone as I live interstate. I decided to book the flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before so that I could be sure my mum would have them on Mother’s Day - I know it’s a busy day for florists and understood they couldn’t guarantee a delivery time for Sunday... which was absolutely fine. Fast forward to Sunday (now Mother’s Day and a day after my order was supposed to arrive) I call my mum and tell her to expect a flower delivery as they were supposed to arrive yesterday and must be delayed... (assuming the Saturday deliveries had overflown into Sunday) I also sent a quick text to the business owner to find out what’s happened..... lunch time rolled around and still no delivery or contact from the business owner... hhrrmm... so I tried to call, no answer and send another text to confirm what was happening.... all of Sunday, despite making contact multiple times, still no contact whatsoever.So now it’s Monday (2 days since my order was supposed to arrive)Firstly, I had to contact them to find out what happened, no one thought to follow up on my panicked concerns regarding the missing order! (you would think this would be a main priority yeah?) After getting my details taken by a staff member at around 10am I was hoping to hear back from them during the day.... nothing again... so at 4.30 I called back and was told my order was never processed and they were sorry for the inconvenience, but don’t worry - I hadn’t been charged! I asked could they please still deliver a bunch of flowers as I still hadn’t given my mum anything for Mother’s Day besides the missing flowers... I was told they had no flowers left and there was nothing they could do...At this point I asked the owner to please call me herself to discuss this... and this is where I become disgusted by the customer service I received. After requesting a call I finally heard from a very annoyed business owner who wasn’t apologetic at all, and told me that after working 20 days straight she had given herself the day off on Sunday (which is why none of my messages or calls were answered) this doesn’t explain why there was no follow up or a plan in place to rectify the situation. I then told her that word of mouth is valuable in a small town and poor customer service is unacceptable and she proceeded to hang up on me... safe to say I will never purchase from The Wild Bunch ever again... do business with these people at your own risk!!

Fantastic and friendly service, I have ordered flowers for my wife, hard task especially for a guy. Couldn't have been happier with the advice and the range of flowers, very affordable and fast delivery. My wife loved them, will definitely use again!

Ellie and her team are absolute superstars. We could not recommend Gardenia Magnifica more for wedding flowers. Ellie was so helpful and receptive to any ideas or suggestions I made along the way. The flowers and arrangements were breathtaking and were exactly what we had hoped for and more! Thanks so much Ellie and team.

Highly recommend. Funeral wreath organised last minute. Beautiful fresh flowers which lasted a trip interstate and up to the funeral day. Great communication and very fast, efficient and talented.

The lady who I spoke with suggested I call the bakery and order the cake and Alma Lees delivery man would collect the cake and deliver it at the same time.
