The factory outlet needs to get its act together! The website says it's open until 5. We got there at 3:45 last Friday and were greeted by an extremely rude man who said it was only open til 4. He said if we didn't get in by 4 because of social distancing it would be bad luck and that it was cash-only sales. This wasn't mentioned on the website. He was so rude and treated the customers like livestock. Don't bother going.

Well made, lovely and warm.Suggest if new to purchasing from UGG Australia online (as we were), our learning is to buy 1 size smaller, than the size chart recommends. Initially, the fit felt good and snug for both my wife and I, though after a few weeks of wearing and with the sheepskin on the footpad flattening they've loosen up. They're just wearable, though do keep the feet toasty warm.Cheers

If you want real shoes this is the place. Awesome service as well, took my time to find the right style and fit. Also great advice to break them in and maintain them, like we are suposed to.So happy i am wearing my new duckfeet today :)

Got some new shoes delivered to Vic from them and the size was a bit wrong for me (my fault) sent them back with the requested new size without any issues.Overall very fast delivery no issues upon returns, fantastic place to products from, will return.

Mine broke 2nd day. I was offered replacement if I could provide a photo but I had already thrown them out. Hope this helps your choice.i understand Aussie Soles replacement policy, unfortunately I had already thrown the thongs away before I was aware of this. My loss. My reason for the review is inform of the quality, not get a refund.

After doing a fair bit of research on which UGGS were 100% Australian made ( very interesting story) I treated myself to a beautiful pair of black 3/4 Tidal Uggs from Roman Tannery , a family owned business in Laverton Melbourne.I made the purchase online , and the entire process was a breeze, with good communication to me from my order placement, to delivery at my home in Perth Western AustraliaI was over the moon when they arrived , packaged in the most beautiful way, with their warranty and authenticity certificate :)Over the years I have purchased many boots and my UGGS are without a doubt, the most comfortable boot I have EVER owned , and well worth the investment.It is now 3 years on since I bought my first UGGS. They are still perfect , only requiring new sheepskin innersoles, which I recently purchased for them , and were very easy to place into the boot.I purchased my 2nd pair , the Brighton mini in brown and a shorter boot. Once again I purchased online, taking advantage of a sale , and received my boots fairly quickly in spite of Covid and postage delays.The boots arrived in an ordinary packet however I didn't expect fancy packaging , considering they were on sale.After 3 months of wear, a few stitches pulled loose at the back of one of the Brighton boots. I emailed the factory and submitted photos of the problem. Lucy in Customer Service was fantastic, and arranged for a return no postage paid label " to be emailed to me

It's hard to find a ready to wear shoes when you have wide feet like mine! So I went to Andrew's shop and he recommended two new pairs from his collection, a derby and an oxford. I couldn't decide which pair to buy because of the finish and the comfort of the shoes, so I decided to buy both. I would definitely come back for a pair!
