Original request was for a pre sale bond clean and some building handyman work. Rachel got back to me quickly when I made the request but once quote was accepted I had to call and follow up to book times in. I asked for the handyman work to be completed first so that the paint had time to dry and any mess would be cleaned up. Initially Rachel said this wouldn't be a problem and we had several conversations about it but when the booking times came through it was clean in the morning, handyman work in the afternoon of the Thursday. I accepted this as I was under time constraint with the open home on the Saturday. As this was an investment property I had to arrange to be there to meet the handyman (Rachel) but I got a call late from the cleaners that she wasn't able to make it and would be over the next morning - wasted trip. I accepted this as it was late in the week and I had one day remaining to prep for the open home. The next morning Rachel didn't show, call or message to say she would be late. I had to message and call her to eventually find out she wouldn't have time to complete the work so I was left with half a day to get someone out to complete the work. Subsequently I paid for an urgent call out fee for the new handyman. The presale bond clean wasn't too bad but not worth the cost and overall very disappointed in the communication. Would not recommend.

Used this service for the first time today and can thoroughly recommend, Jack and Curtis were very professional respectful and quick, and so easy to deal with. Made the whole process very easy, will definitely use again!

They helped us out on short notice with bond clean when another company failed to turn up.The real estate was very impressed with the high standard of clean.

I had a recliner removed this morning for my Mum who is in a nursing home. Curtis and Jack were very friendly and were efficient in removing the recliner without any fuss. They were also on time which was appreciated as I had to meet them there. I would definitely use this company again.

A little bit more expensive than I thought it would be. But the overall experience was great. Gibson & David came to collect my junk & they were professional, friendly & really helpful!

These girls are super women. I have seen them turn a filthy disgusting house (that I wouldn't even let my worse enemy live in) into a show home. I can not recommend them highly enough. Every clean they have done for me has been of the highest standard and I have never had to call them back. Communication is always prompt and professional. If you want a good, honest, reliable, great priced cleaner then look no further then Rachel and the girls.

We were exceptionally happy with these guys. They were amazing from start to finish. Did a wonderful job, helped me get my bond back when I had all but thought it gone. Went above and beyond by dealing with my real estate for me. Im very grateful and will definitely use them again in the future.

Gibson and John contacted me 30 minutes before arriving, walked through as to what I wanted removing and within an hour it was all loaded onto their van, they swept up too! Brilliant guys and a brilliant service, would use them again.

Moving out about 130 square meters of removed tiles from the floor, packed in several boxes which was super heavy.The job failed with another company beforehand this professional group come along.Curtis and David were fantastic. You will find them at the highest level of confidence in doing their job perfectly.From the very beginning till the end of process, I was noticed for all actions were happening next. So organized so fast and so professional guys. Definitely recommended.
