Fountain contractor

I first spoke to a guy called Rick, he was super happy to explain things, after asking me to leave my details and the size of the pond, he said he email prices of what I needed. I didn’t hear back from him after a few days, 7 calls later I still haven’t made a purchase, I decided to purchase elsewhere and they price matched. So I am officially not a customer, but to say the service is non existent is an understatement.

If I were the business owner, I wouldn’t have my mother on the shop floor as it’s detrimental to the success of your store’s sales. She is dry, unhelpful and not fit for a customer facing role. Unfortunately you lost some large sales and we have purchased garden stock for $1250 elsewhere. The range of products you have is lovely but the service we received outweighed our desire to purchase!

After having an aeration system installed in my dam approx 4 1/2 years ago,I was very satisfied with the results that followed.After this time,with no on going maintenance to the unit by myself,the unit stopped.After a brief conversation with the original installer,I was told the unit required a part which could be repaced by staff at WQS.On arrival at their place of business, I was told this could be done with only short wait time.The work was carried out efficiently and reasonably priced.My experience with the 2 staff members that delt with me was very positive.

Very pleased with Scott’s advice and quick service for my new dam. The warmer weather produced a smell and an algae issue. The aerator and biostim tablets turned it back into the perfect swimming hole within two weeks. And as an added bonus, the ducks hate the aerator!

The filter and pump you installed are also very good with very little maintenance required compared to past pond setups I have had. I love this place with all the different water fountains and inside bargains galore. The shop assistant is so lovely and very friendly.

This place is much larger than I thought. A good range and some really beautiful and unusual items. I really liked that the customer service people came over, said hello, introduced themselves and told you where to find them if you needed something... but there was no hard sell. Bought some lovely items. Prices range from really affordable to quite expensive but relative to the product and the uniqueness of the items. Definitely worth a browse.

Amazing Fountains!

Water Quality Solutions was engaged on a 12 month contract to reduce and if possible, eliminate substantial, uncontrolled weed growth in our front dam. They were true to their word and at the end of the contract we have a delightful looking dam at the entrance of the Retirement Village. Importantly, we are now able to control any future weed growth using our own staff. Thankyou very much Water Quality Solutions for your professional advice and expert service.

I purchased a freestanding stainless steel water feature from this company two years ago and it still looks as beautiful as the day it was delivered to me in suburban Melbourne! They have obviously used quality stainless in the manufacture and have taken care with every weld and joint. There have been no leaks, streaks, or scratches and when illuminated at night, surrounded by the plants in my garden, the feature looks spectacular.This is a great example of a local Aussie company manufacturing a superior product, selling direct, and creating regional employment in Wagga. All in all, a great value proposition!
