WOW, mainstream supermarkets could learn a thing or two from shops like this. Lots of attentive staff that looked happy to be at work. Great pies and pasties. Much better than the local bakers and only $4 to $4.50. Look forward to going back for another pie!

Been here lots of times, and can honestly say most of the staff are great, but the food is mouldy. the buns had mould, the deli meat is stale even some of the hot food is stale and cooked and sold just to hurry up & get rid of it. Got a stir fry pack and seen black mould growing in the bottom of the noodles. Please be careful eating from here. Il probably just stick to panty food. The manager needs to wake up and stop selling this stuff. And the staff need to be more accountable as well for even selling this stuff knowing how bad it is. Please Don’t be scared to lose your job if you know it’s bad and wouldn’t eat it why would you expect others to eat it?

Customer service is great. There’s often food out of date on the shelves though or about to expire the next day.The warm food in the display cabinet all have this weird taste to it. So I don’t advise eating any of the ‘fresh’ food.But customer service is nice.

Bought the seafood chowder today as we love a good chowder, but the watery slop that thawed wasn’t worth eating. Not a prawn, not a piece of fish, just a few bits of celery and I think a piece of potato.Very disappointed

The positives: Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. They provide a token for the trolleys. There is quite a good choice of items.The negatives: I purchased strawberries which were mouldy and eggs which are stamped “best before……..” - and there is nothing written there. I spotted some prepacked veg which were out of date yesterday (and not reduced!)I won’t be buying fresh produce there.

Biggest rip off as far as fruit n veg. The meat is atrocious. Cheaper in coles and woolies by far.
