Academy Funeral Services
Terrible service and totally unprofessional. Been trying to organize receiving a death certificate or medical letter however Michelle is either stalling or too lazy to email it through. We received a few hard copy letters made out to certain family members but not all. I understand it's a tough time but youd think theyd have some system in place to make the process a little easier for those grieving. It's been 3 weeks now and still awaiting a response.

My mother's prepaid funeral with Allison Monkhouse was a godsend as some of the key funeral decisions had already been made. Elle Barry at the Hastings Office was very organised and proactive. She looked after us really well from start to finish. We were impressed by her knowledge and also compassionate and respectful approach. She played a key role in making my mother's farewell both memorable and beautiful.I have no hesitation in recommending Elle and also her colleagues at Allìson Monkhouse. Such a beautiful place...and great service. Sadly my father passed away in South West Rocks North NSW...and insisted on being cremated here...500km away...Laura organised everything...transport hom down...arrange his favourite priest in their lovely chapel...and organised a day for his ashes to be interned into the memorial wall with a blessing from his priest.
