Darryl offered a wonderful service. He was very easy to communicate with, very attentive and he has a warm demeanour. Darryl and his wife attended my event and his setup was stunning. Many of the guests commented on the doves and the significance of the dove release. I cannot recommend Darryl enough. His attention to detail is fantastic. Thank you so much Darryl and Margret for coming to my event, making it memorable and special. You both were so lovely and kind. Our entire family really appreciated it.

They removed my mother’s casket flowers during our mourning period. Insensitive & unprofessional! No one answers the phone. You would think the business they’re in would require professionalism, courtesy & more staff! Just awful! I spent 3 hours trying to get through, still trying.

Location and grounds well kept and we arranged our service which was lovely. However customer service which unfortunately is required at every stage (organising service, arranging plaque, arranging interment, etc) is exceptionally poor. Phone calls go unanswered and unreturned, same for emails, you have to follow up every step of the way and constantly dealing with different people in different departments. It was shocking really, given how distressing this time of life is, to then have to deal with these people. Also be ready to pay for every single thing, even if your loved one thought they had already pre-paid, there are a lot of other items they will bill you extra for. I definitely would not recommend this organisation and hope the management of the site gets taken over by a better company so others don't go through the unnecessary stress I faced.

I highly recommend Darryl’s services for your event! This is one of the longest reviews I’ve ever posted, but I felt it was important to explain the experience as that is what else you will be paying for, it will not be just for the gorgeous doves.Darryl is professional in presentation, his service is well thought out and cannot be faulted, he was also so easy to deal with via email and in person-nothing was too much trouble.We had Darryl bring two of his white doves to my Grandmothers funeral at Fawkner Cemetery on Monday. He was at the gravesite earlier than we requested just incase. When we arrived, the two doves were setup waiting in a beautiful large white cage.Once the formal burial service ended, Darryl briefly discussed the symbolism of the white dove and then handed them to my mother and her two brothers for them to release into the air. It truly was a beautiful moment and last goodbye.Thank you so much Darryl for helping us honor both Grandparents in this way, I am so glad i found you ! We will remember this send off for a very long time!

Amazing service from Darryl! We got married a month ago and he did the best job and was so patient with us! Definitely recommend them :)

August 1989 is when we farewelled my dear mother. In the Rose garden. Wonderful send off and soon to revist this month to mark 30 years. Beautiful to walk around these grounds. It's changed alot for the better.

Really annoyed after 4 phone callsJasmine hasnt returned my call, then Maria telling quotes are only valid for two weeks and theres been an increase in the plots.FFS sake pick up the phone and return emails
