Unique items you won’t find anywhere else in Hobart - the lifelike plants are brilliant. They are so much cheaper than other furniture stores for the quality you get. They’ve even recently started selling tas oak furniture.

We originally purchased a leather couch to replace our fabric couch for allergy reasons in Feb 22 and were told that it would be ready in 3-4 months. 7 months later now, and after several extensions we still have no couch. If we were told at the time that delivery would take 7 months we would not have purchased it. We felt very misled with the purchase, and continue to put up with the allergy situation. The management can definitely do better.

Connie, Mandy and the Furnished team are so wonderful to work with and I would recommend their whole home transformed package to anyone who’s looking for a high quality interior design and furniture suggestions with great discounts and competitive pricing. I’ve had a lot of doubts along the way since this is the first time for me to furnish my home. But Connie and Mandy had been so friendly and helpful with my questions and we’ve had many revised versions of the floor plan and shopping lists. They had also kindly talked to the suppliers to hold the stock while I was abroad for quite a few months. It’s been such an interesting and worry free process that I really enjoyed!

The staff kindly gave my daughter some colouring in while we shopped. The stools I bought were in stock and came assembled, a nice surprise when I was dreading flat pack! Also liked that the receipt was emailed.

Christine is a very helpful lady, even when running a busy shop on her own. Once my order arrived, Tom and Steve, who work in the warehouse, couldn't have been more helpful. It's the first time I have shopped at Eureka, and the customer service from everyone has ensured that next time I need a piece of furniture, Eureka will be my first port of call. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find.

Bought a king bed and base from forty winks Hawthorn. The service and advice was first class. Will be back if I need anything else bedroom wise. Thank you

I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.
