I have lived here for 6 years as it's more like a village then a caravan park and must be over 100 people here most people here are friendly but like anywhere there are a few that are nasty..new management is good and no trouble for them to fix any problems in the cabin..positives here reasonable rent and grounds well maintained plus good security and great location negatives. Have a friend who lives there. Their gated security means nothing when people can jump the fence then drive out in stolen cars and other items. Sounds like people like living there despite this and they have a dog park, line dancing and other social activities
