Really poor customer service and Selling model. Left message on with call centre as I had some queries, 4 working days later I received a call. In the meantime I had found another number and spoken to someone, only one location in Melb to test drive cars so hard for me to get to. Secondly they only get their cars serviced by certain dealerships, none which are anywhere near where I live, so when the conceirge runs out I need to waste a day getting car serviced.Reall super disapointed, from the looks of the car it looks like a stunner, but no way will I move into one until pre and post customer service comes up to scratch

Purchased a brand new GV70 Electrified a month ago. Air Conditioning stopped working. Called the service number, they said they will call back. No call back. Called the dealer. They said the service department will call back, no call back. Conclusion, if you ever want to claim warranty even if the car is new, don't buy a Genesis. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS as soon as you drive out of the dealer.Update on repair... Car has been picked up and a loan car provided. No contact after that for a week. After I called about 8 times, got a call to say that the car will be looked at about 3 to 4 weeks from now. No other information given.

Incredible car but terrible sales service.Could not get straight answers from the salesman even to simple questions.I was left without a car for 2 and a half months due to the salesman providing incorrect information and then pretending like he didn’t know where it came from, when it came from him… then when the car did arrive the price had increased by $3000 and the salesman didn’t say a thing about it - not a word - just sent the invoice.The car got delivered to me 3 hours later than I was told and I had changed my work day around to accomodate the time provided to me. Genesis put the blame on the delivery driver when they had provided an assumed time without actually gathering the facts to provide an accurate one.Zero accountability, shocking customer service and no apologies ever received.Lucky the car sells itself.
