Severely underfunded, no one to blame however worrying when buildings need renovations. Investing in the wrong areas such as louvered windows, double railings and doors for hallways that have neither heating nor air conditioning therefore completely redundant.Cleaning is done only once in a while. Self-explanatory. Understaffed, unable to support students AND teachers. On multiple occasions teachers are brought back from retirement. Some teachers are trying their hardest however if they don't know the content how can they teach it?Priorities are scuffed, lack of concern when it comes to microaggressions towards people of color from peers and teachers. On multiple occasions students of ethnic backgrounds are targeted for things that go unnoticed when from those of Anglo-Saxon backgrounds.Bias towards subjects, students who study French were given the opportunity to visit abroad but students who study Japanese are neglected and requests from them are always pending".School does not value feedback as it does not concern itself with it in the first place. However

Tomaree High School
It’s about time there was another option for public high school in the area. This school is like a zoo and I don’t recommend sending your children here. If there was an alternative option I believe many parents would remove their children immediately. Very poor morals and control over children.

If you love getting bullied for eating dogs, this is the school for you! I highly recommend people to go to this school if you want to feel depressed.

Ipswich Girls' Grammar School
My daughter has completed 13 years of schooling at IJGS/IGGS. It has been a wonderful time at the school where she has been supported by a caring and supportive learning environment. The teachers go above and beyond for the students. Highly recommend.

school cares about ranks over students wishes.imagine preventing students from taking certain subjects that are common prerequisites or assumed knowledge in uni, even if the class isn't full just because they didn't rank in the top __".they only care about their ranking and not the wellbeing and future of students"

Mentone Girls' Secondary College
This is a fabulous, state school for girls only. My three girls have loved it here. They have not only achieved academically but have found their confidence in being themselves. No secondary school does not have bullies, make up, alcohol or other issue, private or otherwise. Glad that they are in a state school where they are learning about life and friends with real people. I know that my children will achieve all their dreams. I have met some horrible people since moving to Australia but I have met some great parents, gorgeous girls that my girls have befriended and some dedicated and wonderful teachers. I know I have put my girls to the best school in Bayside.

My daughter attends the Junior School and she absolutely loves it. In just a short time, we have seen her thrive and grow in confidence. IJGS strives for excellence and nurtures every student, whatever their background. Well worth the half hour trip to and from school. I recommend IJGS to anyone concerned about giving the best schooling opportunity to their children.

Sirius College - Keysborough Campus ( Prep - Year 12)
I heard that Sirius College is a good school, I had a tour around the school yesterday, I liked the school is clean and nice enviroment. I have 5 school kids and decided to enroll them all at this school for next year. When I read the reviews and people's comments, I am not sure how accurate they are, but honestly those comments scared me, I am scared now. not sure what to do.

I moved away from this school, the teachers couldn't care less about the mental health and wellbeing of their students and would overlook personal issues for uniform and the 'appearance' of the college. The approaches to teaching are EXTREMELY outdated and they in no way prepare you for your future. Moving away was the best decision I ever made. #FREETHEKNEE
