Ian repaired our circa 1890 stained glass doors: the cracked panels were replaced/matched perfectly and the workmanship on the lead grout lines was outstanding. Highly recommended.

As a DIY bathroom renovator it was great to be able to talk to Peter about what I needed to do to make sure getting a shower screen installed would be a hassle free experience. All through the process he kept me informed of what was happening and showed up when he said he was going to show up, which can be rare these days! The installation was quick and came out great, the time between ordering and installing was around 3 weeks which is pretty good since this was over Christmas/new years!Thanks Peter!

I contacted Latrobe Valley Glass on the 27 of March for a quotation for 2 panels of double glazed grass, I was told that they would get back to me in the next two days with the quotation for the glass. After waiting for one week to get a response from Latrobe Valley Glass, I called them again and I was told the lady who does the quotations would give me a call today or latest tomorrow morning with a quotation for the two panels of glass. Today is Friday the 5 of April and I thought I call Latrobe Valley Glass again and ask them if I still can expect a quotation for the two panels of glass, the lady who answered the telephone told me that my quotation had still not been done because she had more important customers to look after, as I was not a regular customer of Latrobe Valley Glass, it would take another few days. After having to listen to that, I told her, she shouldn't bother with the quotation I would go and buy my two panels of glass somewhere else. All I can say from a customers prospective is, never before have I been treated with such disrespect and substandard service.
