They don’t carry basic replacement parts for the equipment they sell. Don’t buy a fish tank at pet barn .

i come here monthly to get my food for the frequent feeder discount and one of the girls here (i don’t actually know her name sorry) has been on the whole journey with my newest kitten! she started with a recommendation of baby food for my kitten and i’ve specifically come to mile end petbarn ever since.they have such a wide range here of absolutely everything which is so helpful, i’ve managed to get most of both my cats things from this store alone. litter boxes, toys, food & water bowls, flea treatments, and treats.staff are knowledgeable and ease any worries i may have with my cats, they always have good advicei will be back in a few weeks then a few weeks after that and so on, keep up the great customer service!

Awww I love this place, we have been petbarn members for over 2 years now. We take our fur babies Marley and Maisey for grooming once a month, my babies actually love coming here they get treats and lots of cuddles too. Highly recommend Petbarn Rothwell

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of fishes and hardscapes.

Everything from here is generally pretty good. The only complaint is that when buying crickets, half of them are dead 90% of the time

Petbarn Mirrabooka staff always super helpful. On this occasion one of the delightful staff carried a large bag of dogfood across the car park for me (had my hands full with my dog Poppy after a dog wash).

My absolute favourite aquarium store in all of Sydney. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are quick to spot and remember customers!Great prices, great selection, I still think about this store even though I’ve moved about an hour and a half away.
