It takes forever to speak to someone over the phone.

The assistance from Ken K was amazing. I really appreciated the way he worked quietly through the issue and resolved it.

Have never met such rude and dismissive staff. They always give the wrong advice seem to have no idea what they are doing and have no interest in helping. Had one woman take documentation from me forgot to process it then just rolled her eye's at me and ignored me when I went back in. They really do live up to the stereotype of a lazy and rude government worker. If these people worked at private company they would have been fired long ago. Never been so disgusted in my life!

While on a search of Centrerlink to find nearest place to lodge papers I arrived here to find it has been closed since February. Going in it looks open but upon enquiry found closed. I had to travel to Belarive.Surly a government agency could be updating the site. As for going into the office and waiting to find closed is just CRAZY!!!

Horrible and expensive ! Takes half year for an import permit and my dogs has gone through a 10 day nightmare to exchange their freedom to see us. Yeah this place blames all faults to covid"

Useless staff, and dodgy clientele. Only had to go here to update a Medicare card, not get my Centrelink payment like the dole bludgers. After asking the greeting staff where to put my form, the response was In that box". A week later I got it back as apparently it was filed in the wrong box? Good job CL Kilkenny."

Today morning, one of the staff from the Centrelink called me, she asked for my name, address, and date of birth. She said today you must do your work report, I told her, are you from the work force or from the Centrelink? Centrelink, she said. Are you sure I must do my report?? Can you have a look to your system before calling me?? She has no idea I was granted to another kind of payment. Instead of saying sorry for inconvenience, she closed phone on my face. Does anyone accept this kind of worst treatment?? I thought Mount Druitt branch is better than Blacktown, but it is from bad to worse. Why the staff of Centrelink think they are above human beings? I hope the staff of Centrelink treat patients politely and with respect. Thanks

Ordered a re-print of my Plumbing contractors license over 3 weeks ago. I had no contact or word from the department that they had never processed it as they were waiting further details regarding payment. I had already made payment and provided a tax invoice receipt. Now having to wait more weeks on end for my ticket. The utter incompetence of this department never ceases to amaze me.

Very slow didnt seem to be organised at all. Will go to Elizabeth in future.

Actually pretty good experience. Staff were understanding of my circumstance and were helpful. Bit frosty to begin with but i get the feeling that they are not supported by the Government to the degree they require.
