Purchased respiratory protection, filters and accessories and dealt with a bloke named 'Liam C' from the 'Tools and Equipment sales' department. Amazing customer service and friendly attitude from the get-go. Liam provided me with fast replies, extensive knowledge about the product i wanted and over a year later, when i needed help with the product, he didn't hesitate to resolve the issue . Col and the boys at Platinum Stone have just been so amazing and easy to deal with. I did kitchen and bathroom renovations and had them do my stone benchtops and cabinet tops in bathrooms. They made everything seem easy answered all our MANY questions and worked around us. We had a 4 day turn around and were so impressed with their work. The boys turned up on time, notified us when they were on their way and were friendly and worked quickly and really knew their craft.
