Hakka restaurant

Authentic Chindian cuisine. Took me back to 1970s Calcutta .Friendly staff and prompt service. However, we were seated by the door, despite a vacant table deeper in the restaurant for 45 minutes after we arrived. A cold gust chilled us every time someone entered or left the restaurant. Hence 4 and not 5 stars.

Hidden suburban gem!! Steve, owner and chef, brilliant pizza, very tasty Chinese dishes and quite a reasonable wine list. Highly recommend it for a meal that is varied, great taste and really well priced. Staff are friendly and efficient.

This small little hidden gem tucked away in a small shop lot at a quiet residential area that serves fresh meals like you normally find in Asia. Food options and taste reminds me a lot dishes served in East Malaysia (Sabah). I tried Braised Pork Noodle and it was so good. Pork was so soft and tasty. Managed to steal my daughter's Hakka noodles served with Hakka style cooked pork and i wasn't disappointed at all. Don't judge by the look of the restaurant from outside, go in and give it a try. Owner was friendly and polite. Will definitely coming back here again soon to try out other dishes.

Authentic hakka kolomee! Portion is a tad small, probably I'm too hungry from work :/ recommended for this and will come back.

Traditional authentic Hakka cuisine in a little place. Their noodles texture are right on the spot. It's a family run business with family likes service. Their food is fantastic esp now they have $8.80 lunch promotion, really value for money. You will be spoiled for selection. We had braised pork belly with yam and hearty black vinegar pork trotters, they are very yummy. They have a drink called Micheal Jackson... Guess what us that.. Lol... 3 layers tea taste very unique and delicious. Will be going back for more. Just note that it's a really small place where seats are limited. Better call and book if you are going there more than 3paxs.

Hidden little gem of Chinese Hakka style food. They're busy despite there being no signage of their shop (leftmost shop as you enter complex). Touch expensive but goes with the neighbourhood I guess.Yee sang is good for CNY.

I understand that the prices for everything are going up these days. So the owner (Steve) has raised his menu price but giving a tag which says Minimum spend apply. I think it just shows that Steve is becoming a bit Greedy.

It's a really amazing restaurant. I simply love their Manchurian Pizza. Ambience is good with Asian touch. It has an authentic taste for Asians. At times finding a parking lot is a bit of a challenge on a busy day but this place is worth taking the pain.

This is a no-go for Indo Chinese, the place doesn't serve Indiana Chinese. It's near to Chinese food but if you are looking for India style Chinese would not recommend it. I had no issues with service. One more thing I didn't like was the restaurant forcing you to order minimum of $20 per person (the pricing is such that will be easy to achieve but you should not be telling your customers to order for minimum) this only applicable on weekends and public holidays. Ambiance is good no issues with service.

Friendly staff, great service & unique flavours. Lots of vegetarian options!Manchurian Pizza is a must try if you’re wanting to try something new.
