One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time, me and my partner went for a Turkish sauna it’s was very relaxing. we got to have a privet sauna to our selves with a authentic design witch made me feel like I was overseas in a Turkish bath house the owner is very friendly, accommodating and informative. A side note, highly recommended drinking the hand crafted tea was a nice touch it completed the experience and made me feel so relaxed before and after .

This was such a pleasant experience at Amara Wellness. Dr Zara is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, generous and accomodating. She squeezed me into her busy schedule with hardly any notice, and I was made to feel so welcome at the practice. I’ve noticed immediate results since my treatment, and are looking forward to coming back! Thank you again, Zara!

I was gifted a voucher and used it for the infrared sauna dome. It was lovely and relaxing and I felt great afterwards..helped my very sore legs and knee. Beautiful oasis and look forward to trying other treatments in the future. Sorry I took so long to get around to going and highly recommended.Thank you :)

I have no words except for WOW! This woman (Dr Zara) is amazing and her massage treatments are heaven. She has helped me in so many ways I can't begin to explain & can't thank her enough. She is so warm and caring and truly cares for her patients. For any muscular pain in the body I highly recommend you see her and try her massage treatments! So it was recommended to me by a friend did a little research and decided to give a try so far two sessions and and third is tomorrow and really cant wait not only for the benefits of how it reduces swelling due to fluid retention but honestly the best deep tissue massage you can ever get with all the other great benefits you can give your body all in one you literally feel deflated relaxed right after your first session of course you need to continue with few more sessions to see even greater results. Well what can I say, I was reborn after completing the hamam steam therapy and the hydrating facial! Dr Zara is the real deal and she is brilliant!! ;) I will definitely be going back there again!!
