I'm now part of the conversation!Over the last number of weeks Matt has diligently and patiently guided me through the process of firstly accepting the need for a hearing aid and then, through the trial and testing of different devices, choosing the right set up for me.At every stage of our discussions Matt gave me honest, transparent advice and, ultimately, gave me back my hearing, allowing me to converse with friends and family rather than sitting back and feeling left out.Seriously, life changing!My experience has been nothing but positive and I would recommend Sunshine Coast Hearing Aids to anyone.Plus he's a bloody nice bloke and there's awesome coffee next door.Win Win!

Extremely professional and friendly staff. They don't get any commissions for selling hearing aids but provide all the treatment options available and leave it up to you. They were never pushy but actively listened to my concerns. I feel I can trust them one hundred percent in their expertise. You will never get dissapointed with the service they provide.

My wife and myself are so happy with the service that Paul provides us that when he moved to Baldivis we followed him !!His care, knowledge and skill is unbeatable and we would not go anywhere else - hearing is too important.
