I ordered a large silver 3-0 for my friends 30th to be delivered to her door as a surprise. There was a slight mishap with my order and it didn't get delivered on the day (there was a very good reason for this) I called Helium2go and enquired why it hadn't been deliver and the customer service I received was outstanding!!! The lady was so apologetic (and it was a complete accident) and she was so helpful about making sure the order went out ASAP. My friend received it within hours and it was still a surprise and she absolutely loved it. These guys were wonderful, great products and very professional, will definitely use them again!

Fun store and had most souvenirs we were looking for. However, staff very terse and unfriendly. Also, I didn’t notice that they rang up something incorrectly—a $3 deck of playing cards rang up as “Photo Frame - copper OH 48” for $12, so I lost $9. I know—I should have checked my receipt earlier. Nothing I can do about it now, because we fly out tomorrow morning before they open.

We have used A1 balloons for a few of our events now and the service has been amazing! Huge thanks to Cathy for making sure our balloons lasted for our event and making pick up a breeze. We will be using A1 balloons again for future events!

Every dealing I have had with KJ has been fantastic, she is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to make sure that our order is perfect. She takes the extra time and attention to listen to what is needed and the displays and what she creates is always amazing.
