Way more than just kit models! Sooo much to look at inside from dollhouse collectables, model kits, miniature supplies... great customer service too! Need to go back because i feel like I didn't see half of the things they have!

I was in town for a week for work and dropped in to buy something for my kids for when I got home. The shop is deceptively big with a great range of toys for all ages. Very friendly and passionate staff too.

Jai is an amazingly patient, helpful, understanding and compassionate man who loves his job. His shop is welcoming and inviting. He hosts a range of games nights for adults and even children. He has been very patient teaching myself and my children how to play some of the games we were interested in and is always keen to help or play. Thankyou for providing an accepting place for us to come and relax.

Visited Lawton store today and was attended by staff member vikki .. I was purchasing a bike and several other items well over $200 dollars .. i had them all at the counter and asked a question about soccer kit I was buying vikki could not tell me if it came with a ball and I asked her if they had any other options or did this particular one come with a ball … she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and pointed to the other end of store with no indication of helping me … I then stood to the side and looked on my phone for advice and went to back of store to try and find something similar.. could not find anything or a staff member to help !!!! I did take the tape off the soccer box but did not take anything out or remove anything as I did see a ball in the box … I then decided that I would by my shopping vikki was very rude and definitely not helpful but it was her body language and the heavy breathing and sighing and just made it all seem to hard .. I felt she gave no customer service or advice and did not help me with my questions and I felt she had no intention of moving from behind the counter to help me … walked out and will spend my money at another toy shop the offers service …
