Hardo is absolutely amazing. I have had my blood analysis completed twice; and absolutely amazed at the process, the explanation from Hardo and the immense amount of knowledge and information that Hardo had passed on in regards to my overall health (mind, body, spirit, emotional). His passion is infectious and inspirational. Most recently, I have completed the three day mini-detox program and can not recommend it enough. I have been looking at different detox programs in Melbourne, however was quite hesitant as not sure what to expect or the process, however fully trust Hardo and am so glad I did it at the Sunflower Clinic. I felt absolutely amazing with so much energy by Day 3 (and will do it again), as well as felt completely comfortable and knew I was in the right space. It is so important to take care of your body, however even more beneficial when you can immediately see and feel the results once you do. This is not something I would do with anyone, but Hardo is someone who I can trust and know that he has my best interest at hand and heart always.

Claudette has helped me immensely as I used to suffer from chronic period pain where I was literally bed ridden once a month, whereas now I can still do all of my day to day life and Im no longer bed ridden! Claudette really looks at your entire lifestyle not just the issue, she considers your physical and emotional wellbeing and as it is all hormone related it makes sense! I had been to so many Drs prior to finding Claudette and they all just told me to go on the pill (female oral contraception) which I personally did not want to do. I was so happy that found Claudette and that she could help regulate and relieve my PMS symptoms without going on to the pill. I couldn't recommend Claudette enough - don't suffer with periods go and see Claudette (Miracle worker)!

I wasn’t to sure what to expect when going to see a naturopath I was a bit hesitant to be honest - although after having my consultation with Roweena and talking to Karen I walked out feeling satisfied, a weight lifted off my shoulders and felt that Roweens recommendations would sum up my issues that I am currently facing as she is very knowledgeable with all the advice given. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to Serenity Lodge for nearly 10 years. I travel extensively locally and overseas and keep coming back for both relaxation and remediation as I have never found anywhere that matches the superb quality at Serenity Lodge. The facilities are very clean, very modern and always enticing with the fresh aromas of the spa and therapeutic oils. There is simply nowhere else you will find such a good one stop shop for a quality experience as delivered by Serenity Lodge.

I had painful arthritis, scoliosis and leg cramps.After a couple of treatments the pain was less so continued with remedial massage for the last 3 years.I am still able to play golf and a walk of 30 minutes 3 times a week and thankfully feel so much better.

My partner and I both enjoyed our massages. An hour deep tissue massage with Paula for him and an hour Swedish massage with Naomi for me. Paula really took the time to find out where the pain was exactly at my partners' back, explained the reasons behind the issue and gave some very good tips/exercises for him to do at home. We both really enjoyed the best massages we have had in a long time. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calming, would definitely recommend to visit!

Ayesha has a special talent and forms a deep understanding of her patients. Ayesha's relaxed nature is very comforting, and she really helped me to find the right remedy for me. I highly recommend Ayesha.
