Hardo is absolutely amazing. I have had my blood analysis completed twice; and absolutely amazed at the process, the explanation from Hardo and the immense amount of knowledge and information that Hardo had passed on in regards to my overall health (mind, body, spirit, emotional). His passion is infectious and inspirational. Most recently, I have completed the three day mini-detox program and can not recommend it enough. I have been looking at different detox programs in Melbourne, however was quite hesitant as not sure what to expect or the process, however fully trust Hardo and am so glad I did it at the Sunflower Clinic. I felt absolutely amazing with so much energy by Day 3 (and will do it again), as well as felt completely comfortable and knew I was in the right space. It is so important to take care of your body, however even more beneficial when you can immediately see and feel the results once you do. This is not something I would do with anyone, but Hardo is someone who I can trust and know that he has my best interest at hand and heart always.

I had painful arthritis, scoliosis and leg cramps.After a couple of treatments the pain was less so continued with remedial massage for the last 3 years.I am still able to play golf and a walk of 30 minutes 3 times a week and thankfully feel so much better.

I used to get bronchitis every winter and I eventually got fed up going to the GP & having antibiotics which had only short-term effects. Overall my health was not improving. No preventative advice on alternatives were ever offered to me by my GP like taking garlic which I found helpful. This was advised by an iridologist & eventually I just ate garlic, ginger horseradish in the early stages which helped a lot. I was still getting bronchitis though it was eased by this diet supplement and although I had stopped antibiotics I felt I needed to prevent it. I purchased an Ainsworths 42 Essential Remedies homeopathic kit from Fran over 10 years ago. I was a sceptic but I had been following her and later I realised that an Osteopath had given me some pills to take & realised that they were Arnica & they were helpful at the time. I decided to see for myself & over a few years my bronchitis came & left and gradually my health improved with the use of Ferrum Phos. I no longer get bronchitis and although I have had colds & flus, I don't get them for as long and it's only if a new strain is about & putting people in hospital. This kit became my First Aid kit. I gave my daughter a Mother & Baby kit when she had her child & she gradually used it - child has never had antibiotics, has had teething, fevers, coughs, colds, injuries all treated by homeopathy. I recently had a melanoma removed from my face and took Arnica before the procedure. The Dr. and nurse couldn't believe how calm I was and with no antibiotics and just 3 remedies during recovery - Arnica, hypericum and calendula. Only pain was while the injections were being administered and after pain started when numbness wore off but no conventional painkillers were taken - no need once I started the remedies. You do need to educate yourself in using homeopathy because you need to know what works for you and the emotional, mental issues happening at the time - it is so individual and Fran & the staff at HomeopathyPlus! helped immensely - but the learning curve is well worth it. Minimum dose is the thing that gets the result. Do yourself a favour & educate yourself about your own health - physical, mental and emotional. The whole person. There's plenty of info out there and HomeopathyPlus! has provided it freely to bring a balance back to health information.

Shenaz is amazing, not only is she incredibly knowledgable unlike anyone I have met, transparent and extremely vigilant but she is immensely warm and kind. I am so looking forward to having Shenaz assist myself and my son on our journey to better health. I highly recommend Shenaz and this clinic to anyone looking for a holistic approach to their health. I would also like to add that everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the clinic has also been an absolute pleasure :)

Mary spent a significant amount of time organising for medication to be ordered and available for me in Exmouth, and Ben happily printed out documents needed for a Telehealth appointment and filled them out for me despite me not being a regular customer. All staff were cheerful, helpful and absolutely delightful.
