Horse trailer dealer

Couldn’t recommend Pat and the team at PC Engineering enough, they have been absolutely amazing with our enclosed trailer that we bought on FB marketplace. We took it there initially to get some work done on it to get it through the licensing inspection. I had tried a few places prior but no one was interested or capable of doing the work but Pat and his team squeezed it in for us so that we could take it camping that weekend.Not only that but he gave us some great ideas that we could do it to make it even better without even asking, we were so happy with the service that we are now taking it back regularly so that he can do the improvements on it and also has fitted a side door for us in the pinch of time before we took it away for the weekend in the rain.It's not often you find a business that has great customer service, quick turnaround and great prices to match. Anyone looking for a new trailer or some work done on your trailer I would highly recommend heading in to PC Engineering as you won't be disappointed!

Beware..........of POLMAC TRAILERSWe have had a really bad experience with Polmac Trailers. Had to pay $6900.00 up front for them to start work on our trailer.So many promises of completion dates and quality. Lies after lies on a daily basis.After chasing for 5 weeks we eventually picked up our very poor quality trailer.Welds are shocking looks as though they have been completed by a novice, so bad that even the rear lights have been installed incorrectly (the wrong way round).We are currently having another trailer build by another supplier.POLMAC are by far the most shocking outfit I have completed business with.

Friendly service and prompt booking. Work performed is always first class. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. They provided advice on fittings once replaced, and I was on my way again. Can highly recommend. Thank you!

Mark and Aron did a very professional job and fitted us in at short notice. Other places were going to take weeks.The brakes we had were not standard and they had to sort out appropriate replacements.Thanks guys great job. We are now able to continue our trip with confidence.

Clint has been servicing my floats for about five years now and I could not be happier with his work. I bought a used float that needed an upgrade to the brakes and he went well above what I might have expected in terms of customer service to give me a setup that works brilliantly. My first choice was something that looked great on the internet but didn't actually work and Clint tried really hard, without charging me extra, to make the faulty units work and was then firm but tactful that we should find a better solution that was safe for the horse and me. I really appreciate that he thinks of the horse, and its always a pleasure to catch up when I take the float up for a service.

Quality Australian custom built floats and amazing customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for Matt and Monique and their product is top notch! So glad we chose Tuza. They exceeded expectations on all fronts.
