Theses people are so nice. I would recommend them to anybody. So friendly and helpful. They answered every time I called. Either tex or a call. Couldn’t ask for better service. Don’t scroll pass. Book them now. I no I will use them again. Thanks guys.

Father and son team went out of their way to last minute move my new float phobic horse. Got him straight away without a hitch. So grateful and highly recommend this service.

Extremely happy with these guys. Had a colicking horse who needed emergency transport to hospital in the middle of the night and they were able to get a truck to me in an hour. The driver was excellent, professional and genuinely cared about my horse and even stayed a little while to make sure he was going to be okay, despite the late hour. Will definitely be using them again - hopefully just for regular transport and no more emergencies!

Used this terrible company once several years ago, ended up with a dead horse, huge bill and no explanation. Refused to take my calls or discuss why my horse was dead on arrival. Full post morten showed no feed in stomach and dehydration. Worst experience ever.

I am not one to write bad reviews for companies or anything negative at all but after the treatment I received from CHT I feel as if it is definitely necessary to warn others.I purchased a horse from Victoria and had been conversing with CHT in regards to dates that their next trip would be and to book him on.I was contacted and advised that my horse would be on the next trip which was leaving Tuesday Nov 12th. I went ahead and made full payment as I was informed full payment needed to be received before picking up my horse.I then received correspondence after payment was made that this was NOT the case and he would NOT be on Tuesdays truck, we were advised that if anything were to change over the weekend we would be contacted via phone. This did not happen and I had to prompt contact from CHT to try and get an understanding as to why he was now not on the truck and if there were any updates.I was met with the response we never guarantee what dates horses will be on as we don't know" I can well and truly confirm I was 100% advised he would be on Tuesdays truck. If there was any hesitance of whether he would be on or not I would NOT have made full payment.My parents then were required to contact CHT on my behalf as my horse needed to be off the current property by that Saturday. We requested that he put onto Tuesdays truck as originally advised or we receive a full refund and we will go with another company.To that we were told we must not care about our horses if we were to go with the other company that travels to WA. They continued to degrade and disdain this company which was extremely unprofessional.CHT then "guaranteed" us he would be on the next truck however they did not know when this was going to be after they had just preached how they did not guarantee which horses would be on each truck.I was then able to call back one of the owners and clarify that I wanted a full refund.
