I first used RID on a Safari in Kenya and was so impressed I immediately tried to buy some in the uk. As it is not available I had look further afield. That’s when I found medibc. After placing an order I realised it was being sent from Australia and expected a long wait. Not so. The product arrived quickly. Approx. Ten days. Well worth it as I live half my life in rural Spain where tiger mosquitoes take their toll. RID really works and thanks to medibc I have regular supplies.

Please be aware of the optional 'purchase protection insurance', I purchased a solid steel disability rail which was bent in transit by the couriers they use, i am purplexed at the amount of force required to bend such a rail, sent photos and no joy. $400 unusable damaged rail. Also the items display as 'in stock' on there web site were in fact we're not in stock, took nearly 7 weeks and arrived damaged. I bought elsewhere.
