Hot pot restaurant

Amazing food with fantastic flavour.We had the malatang and got to fill our bowl with whatever we wanted. I really enjoy malatang because they charge by weight rather than ingredient.I had Medium spicy broth and it was perfect for a winter's night!

Great selection of sauces to suit everyone’s taste at the sauce bar. Simple navigation of the menu on the iPad and soups explained very thoroughly when we sat down by the waitress. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful.Your staff attention to detail is phenomenal. They look and spot when dishes are finished. They watch when water or tea and soups are low and need topping up.The individual hotpot experience is also available at other restaurants. However the atmosphere and great selection of meats and seafood that’s available, along with the exceptional service we received from staff makes your restaurant stand out from the others.Well done, we will be back and friends we went with said the same.

Pretty much everything you'd want at a hotpot buffet. Free drinks, huge variety, great soup bases, quality ingredients. Even if it's somewhat pricey I'd say it's well worth it. Would recommend!

New management are absolutely killing it!! We decided to dine in today. My partner and I got a hot pot each, spring rolls and my son had dinosaur nuggets and chips. The hot pots were delicious and full of flavour. They have a wide variety of ingredients and different choices of soup bases. The spring rolls were huge and delicious. I had a sneaky couple of chips from my sons plate and hands down the best takeaway chips I've had in a long time. Very kid friendly our son loved his food and didn't get bored. Staff are lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

I recently visited a this restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the staff was friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning as a regular customer.

Hot Pot restaurant. Awesome food with numerous options, ordered on electronic menu! You can have a hot pot split into 4 sections, based on degree of hotness! Some entertainment as they make pasta in front of you! Great selection of food and condiments. Great service!

The 4 of us ordered from the a la carte menu. We had the 2-soups hotpot- mala and mushroom with red dates. Both were super tasty. We ordered a lot of meat, loved the mushroom medley and the crabs were great. A very cool feature of the soup cauldron is at the press of a button the contents inside the soup can be lifted upwards out of the boiling soup for you to safely pick the foods before lowering back into the soup to continue cooking. Genius. Loved our experience. Will be back.

Nothing special, hot pot stock taste normal, atmosphere and environment was good and clean. Service need some improvement, always can’t get the worker, they are not attentive at all. Don’t have fresh chilli, and the staff say replace with chilli paste. My friends and I there of us get diarrhoea the next morning too, suspect food was not fresh, won’t come back again.

Their stir fry dry hot pot is not bad at all here! Love how they have different wide range of ingredients to choose from and a selection of sauces to choose from at their sauce station.I don’t mind this place and I’ll come back again if I do crave for Malatang. The restaurant is clean and tidy!

I was bought here for my birthday. I was starving! We were taken to our seats which was great as it wasn't very busy. At first the experience is overwhelming: the METHOD of what to do/the ORDER of what to choose/looking at COSTING of what you order. The young waitress was polite, courteous and patient, her service was extremely fast and efficient for the 4 of us. I became to enjoy the whole experience: my base food was already prepared for us: mine was Curry Laksa(mild) and I added Tiger Prawns, Crab balls, scallops and watercress with yellow noodles. I love the flavours and cooking it all. How awesome also to take your leftovers home in a container(That was my dinner).
