We had a water pipe meter burst out with water and we had to waited 20 days all more with housing so I got in contact with delly’s plumbing and they were out the same day and they were very professional in their job & know what was wrong with the problem so keep the good work up guys.cheers

Absolutely terrible refill service, the last 3 refill attempts haven’t gone smoothly at all. We are on a scheduled delivery service and every 3 months. The last 12 months I’ve been dealing with failed deliveries (at least 3 in a row each time) leaving us to run extremely low on gas - less than 1/6 tank in our last remaining cylinder. I’m experiencing this again right now with 3 more attempts at this delivery. I don’t want to run out of gas, like I don’t want to run out of fuel??? And not to mention the customer service has been abrupt and defensive - I simply just want to not have to worry about running out of gas.Thank fully I’ve been checking after each “delivery” to confirm it hasn’t actually happened - because I’ve received no communication from Elgas to say it didn’t occur.

Solar hot water system with electric booster installed yesterday. Took about 2 hours all up and we were enjoying hot water just a few hours later. Very happy with the service from the quote through to the installation.
