What a fantastic group of people. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Friendly and helpful staff, such a contrast to Real Estate property management people.Now I am in a lovely apartment thanks to the people there. May you all be blessed.

Honestly best team I've ever had. Communication is key with any of your housing reps and I have never had a problem whatsoever, this office has been so supportive to me and my children and I couldn't thank them enough! People need to learn they are also just people like us but sit behind the desk and rather then getting impatient with them just give them a break, actually take the time to listen to their advice instead of demanding like some people that enter this office do. Thankyou to all the team you guys have honestly been amazing .

I called up to make an enquiry about my case, which had been lodged at the Wellington st office, after waiting for weeks for my case officer to return my call. They transferred me to Mirrabooka.. waited on hold, Mirrabooka told me I needed to call Wellington st. I explained that Wellington st had transferred me to them. The receptionist then transferred me to someone else, who transferred me again, to end up on voicemail. If you’re counting, that’s 4 transfers. This was a few weeks ago and no one has returned my call.
