Daniel and the team were fantastic to work with. We engaged Delcon to build our townhouse project which they completed at an incredible standard. They navigated building through Covid and kept the project moving and on budget. We’re very happy with the quality of the build and the finished product. We would happily use Delcon again.

Lots of blocks going in here and some infrastructure too. It's good to see a park for families to go to around the housing estates.

The team at Mount Barker Property Management have taken care of all the admin for my residential portfolio since 2016. It has made being a Landlord much easier and having an CPA doing the bookeeping rather than a registered Property Manager has made taxtime more effective and I have to say that my retirement plans are looking more invitin than they did when I used a traditional Real Estate Agent to manage my rental home.

I have partnered with Realize Properties for several years to rent out my house. To be honest, it has been an extraordinarily positive experience. Together we've had to work through a tenant who stopped paying rent, and a couple bits of damage.Throughout every moment they have communicated clearly and authentically. Whenever I've had questions or needed help they've been ready to take my call and given me excellent advice.They also lead the way in their customer relationship management systems, meaning that many of the items I need like yearly reports etc are entirely automated / self-serve.I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent agency. Highly recommend.

We utilised the services of Mount Martha Design and Drafting for our extension. Kirah was very responsive to our needs and offered friendly service throughout the project. The only negative was that Kirah recommended James Burr from JDB constructions as a builder. The quality of the building services was substandard and resulted in the contract being terminated. To Kirah's credit she did apologise for recommending JDB Constructions.
