Housing society

The team at Mount Barker Property Management have taken care of all the admin for my residential portfolio since 2016. It has made being a Landlord much easier and having an CPA doing the bookeeping rather than a registered Property Manager has made taxtime more effective and I have to say that my retirement plans are looking more invitin than they did when I used a traditional Real Estate Agent to manage my rental home.

Great customer service had the front desk. I forgot her name but it was a Friday afternoon around 3pmShe was wonderful and friendly with us and other customers. She had a caring nature and we walked in not feeling we were going to be verbally shutdown as this was our experience by 2 staff members in the Salisbury office .Also Scott was the person my friend had an appointment with him and it is Good to see a Male show empathy after my friend had lost his Mother a couple of weeks before the appointment. Again we did not experience this what so ever in Salisbury .Let's hope some of Pt Adelaides Duty of Care, conduct, empathy etc rubs of to the Salisbury officeThank You

I've had Mount Barker Property Management take care of the leasing and the tenancies for my two rental homes for several years now. I'm pleased to say the properties have been kept in much better condition than I'd expected when I put them out for rent. Holly, Colin & Jo have been great to deal with and their knowledge in building construction has been valuable. The leasing fee & management retainer is also fairly priced.

My husband have been in our SA housing property for close to twenty years now very lucky to have a beautiful house in a great suburb how grateful we are to Housing SA for our home if it wasn't for them we would be in private rental and so many don't even have a place to live

Is a great place to live for the over 50's for around the 150 000 plus. The facilities are great and great entertainment has been just the place to lift the spirits and rejuvenate their zest for life. Since my friend moved there she has had miraculous change. Thank you she and her dog love it.

Port Adelaide: Property managers won't answer calls, letting their machines field them. They won't even come out if you take the trouble to go into the office - they send the receptionist back out with a message saying they will ring, then don't. My property mgr is KELLY, and I've left 4 messages on her machine, plus going into the office. She wasn't in a meeting or on the phone. Slack!
