Absolute flog in the office, young bloke wont name and shame but just a box ticking looser didn't even want to help when walked into the store with the fitting i wanted measured, said go to the manufacturer. Huge shame have dealt with these guys for a while but going downhill hence the review. Not sure how this clown has a job there given what these guys do.

Hydraulic Hose Fixers
Dropped off a simple gerni hose to these clowns for extension. Was in the same spot on the front counter untouched 24hrs later. Wouldn't trust them with a garden hose modification. Absolutely useless.
