We went in on a busy Saturday afternoon to renew our membership; the line was out the door which was daunting but we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line shortened and we were served almost immediately.The person serving us was friendly, fast and efficient.

Wonderful mega Hypermart that has wide arrange of product. Their roast chicken is a must have. Just wondering what happen to the butter chicken pie?

My 1st time shopping at Costco being as a member and the experienced was terrible. I don’t know about the whole staff behaviour however to whom I encountered was horrible experienced. Staff name was c***i and the way that employee communicate was so rude. Tone was so impolite he/she need to learn how to speak politely. I am not shopping at Costco anymore just wasted my money to sign up.

I ordered the mixed meat open kebab, bread was amazingly fresh.. the chicken was good but the lamb was cut too fine and ended up a bit dry.The dips were nice and tasty, but not enough to sparingly eat with the meal.First time customer, I will come back again.Thank you

This is a very good quality store. It has plenty of stock on the shelves. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking outside.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a shop, the customer service was ridiculous and the staff were actually just straight up rude, I had bought my friends Costco card in to shop, unknowingly to myself and her whether I was allowed to or not, before doing anything I went up and checked if it was ok, they grabbed the card looked at ig and then proceeded to say it is not allowed, to which I was fine with, what I was not fine with is that they then would not even give the card back to me, as I had stolen it, even though I couldn’t even shop with it!! May I also add that I was told it was in the terms and conditions, I have now been scrolling on the terms and conditions and have yet to find anything g that directly states I cannot go in there… on top of this I had one lady come up to me, yell at me to leave and then walk away instantly, seems like amazing service to me

I went there with my housemate and friends (4 people) but when we just arrive at the entrance, the guys stop us and said if its only 1 card, only other people can go in(3 in total) so if you are a big family and wanted to visit, now you cant with onlt 1 Costco card. In my last 2 visit, they dont have the stock for the whole chicken, and the eggs now is limited option. Organic and free range eggs just one kind each and its coming in small packaging. The free range is 12 and it sooo small. But the good thing is the have beautiful fresh flower.

I absolutely loved shopping here, I met 2 lovely staffs in the jewellery and accessories section, Carol and Karoline, 2 beautiful and enthusiastic women who work their best in this department at Costco in Docklands, excellent customer service both of you . I totally enjoy shopping at Costco with all the best prices also the quality is way better.. thank you ladles for making my day and for your excellent customer service

The worst costco shop in MELBOURNE. I take two packs of organic egg. When I check out the staff said one member only can buy one pack. I told them no sign on the wall and at the front door. But they still argue with me with very bad attitude.
