I've been using the hydrotherapy pool to help my condition and on Wednesday I had my carer with me & was meeting my physiotherapy manager to review my exercises. There were too many people in there & my physio was actually asked by a women to clear a space for 2 children with noodles to jump in. There were also women with babies. Why is the policy of children only with a doctors certificate not enforced like a band for the sauna etc is? I was advised that the anxiety being in the pool negates the benefit I'd get from the exercise. I won't be back!

Absolutely love every session I attend at Cycle Bar Subiaco. Each session brings great music, a fun atmosphere and is always a challenge. I love that I receive my performance summary after every class so I can track my progress. I also love the ice-cold towel at the end of every class! Definitely recommend :)

The quality of Perth City Surge fitness is top notch.My first impression of this gym was that they're aiming for the highest quality and they certainly uphold this value.Plenty of training equipment and lots of space to work out as the gym takes up a whole floor of their building.The staff that work there are incredibly friendly and helpful.Every morning I visit the gym I'm greeted by a lovely staff member named Jakeb with a great big smile and a positive attitude to help start off my day.My new personal trainer Sam has been nothing short of incredible. In the short time I've been his client I feel like I've already learned more about proper form than I had in the last year at another gym. This is the kind of service which I find super important especially due to the fact that I'm carrying an ankle injury.Kudos Surge Fitness Perth!

Church Street Fitness is an incredible gym that has just had a pretty awesome upgrade. I'm begging for melbourne restrictions to be lifted so I can get my pump on. The team is super friendly, and know their stuff. If you're on the hunt for a decked-out gym, look no further.

When I moved to Marrickville I was wondering where I could train comfortably, close to home, with all the essentials required. Ruben's came up, I went and tried out for a test day and signed up straight away. I was on the 'lift only' membership and it was a beauty! Unlimited gym access, 24/7. The staff is also super friendly and helpful too. Sadly I am moving states so I wont be attending anymore.
