So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great. I won't be shopping anywhere else for any of my spa products! Great work guys.

Don’t often leave reviews. But I was impressed with Sam’s honesty and advice with regards to washing my car. I was given the appropriate products and my car is back to show room condition.Will definitely use again, will definitely recommend to all.

Our spa was delivered safe and sound. We had excellent support from Franko leading up to the delivery day and the both the delivery workers were very polite and helpful. Can't thank them all enough for their support and we look forward now to many happy times in our new spa.

I am a coustomer from Queensland and called the 1800 number to get technical support. And ended up getting a staff called KAHAN and when I asked questions about a product which I have never used and wanted to find out how it works and is it good for my project which I was starting to paint colonial queens lander.He was very up tight not interested in explaining my question asking me to to to the Web site and read all the info.so if this is how So called KAHAN who said to me when I wantto talk to another team member as I didn't want to ruine my day he said I am the DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY. I hung up if a DIRECTOR HAS THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE good luck to people who buy this product..I backed off.Any one buying if you have problems don't expect coustomer service from this mob..I will not want to deal with companies who does not have time for coustomer s who are on line jst for a $$$$.Don't waste time find a different place..

Picked up some UBC cleaner and used it to clean my bbq and stainless chef stand Diluted 10 to 1 as per instructions and was very impressed how easily it cut through and removed the grease and grime. Knowing that you have more power up your sleeve with the dilution ratio is Great. Did mind you follow the safety procedures and wore some protective gloves and eyewhere but very impressed as I was going to throw the chef stand out but it is sparkling now highly recommended wish you could get stuff like this from Bunnings!!
