Would not recommend Trend to anyone. The absolute worst service and like everyone else who has reviewed them has said, you cannot get a hold of anyone to fix any of the multiple defects the windows and doors came with. I have been chasing them for MONTHS to fix a handle on a window and every time they say they’re sending someone out it’s LAST minute. It’s like they purposely make it impossible for you to be there. My builder was there each time and pointed out the handle every time and it’s always the same “oh we don’t have the parts to fix that, we’ll fix it though” 6months later and STILL no replacement. Now the locking mechanism on the bifold door has completely malfunctioned and won’t lock! I’ve had to place a bin in front of it to stop it swinging open. Absolutely shocking quality.Honestly the worst company to deal with who clearly don’t care and have ZERO quality control.

Strongly recommend Georges great service decent price and amazing quality screen doors.I paid more for these doors because of their construction ,features and strength.These Doors stopped me from getting broken into not even the crowbar could undo these doors.George has been around for decades because of his quality and service and price...Go see Geaorge at Portlite .

Was told that a technician would be out at around lunch time waited, then I had to call them asking where the technician was. Got told hes at an emergency" job and will only come out 3 hours later."

KM Garage have recently completed the replacement of all the garage doors for our apartment block. They were excellent to deal with throughout the entire process, from quoting, installation and after-sales customer service. I was able to trust the information we were provided at all times, and the entire team including Carlo, Debbie, Lewis and Danny plus others were very professional, responsive, and accommodating to our various requests. Not often that a process like this runs smoothly (relatively!) and where you can trust the company to do the right thing by the customer. Highly recommend this business to anyone thinking of using them!
