Interior door shop

We have used WaterArt for feature glass balustrades and frameless shower screens and couldn't have been happier. They helped with ideas and then installed them perfectly. Highly recommended!!

Helpful but very expensive. Building looks shabby, run down and in dire need of renovation on the outside at least. Don't mind paying a reasonable amount for quality but $2700 for an unpainted timber sliding door fitted (barn style, not cavity slider) is ridiculous. On top of that, a 3-4 month wait after you've signed their contract and paid 95%!! I dont expect that they make many sales at those prices and terms.

Thank you T&B discount windows for another great purchasing experience.I have ordered doors and windows through T&B a few times and have always been impressed with the service and product supplied. On this occasion Terry found out my order was for a project to build my sick Mum a little bungalow to spend time in during her cancer treatment and he pulled out all the stops, accelerated what would have been a 4-5 week wait to a 3 day wait and gave me a price so good I think he was cutting himself short.The conversations I have had with Terry and Hayden showed that they were super compassionate and empathetic people.I can highly recommend this company based on all my involvements with them over the last few years.

Very poor customer service. Never had phone calls returned. Always had to ring to find out updates.However, Luke that came and Measured and installed the barn doors was a pleasure. Did a great job.

Very happy with the end result. The doors look beautiful. Stained and fitted just as i had instructed. The tradesman was wonderful, very professional and knew his work well. I have no hesitation in recommending doors plus.

Ordered an item and was sent an alternative item without them advising me prior. Contacted them when I received it and was told (they answered promptly) that they don't sell the item I ordered any more. No offer of assistance/refund/apology was made.Had to go back to them again to ask if I could get a refund (which they have accepted to), but I will have to pay to ship it back. Will probably cost me as much as the item in the first place and for something that is not my fault.Again, no apology, instructions on where to return the item etc. Very poor customer service in my opinion.Would definitely not recommend and won't be shopping there again.

Save yourself lots of fuss and do not purchase from this store.I purchased a door less than a year ago. There were many issues from the start when the staff member I ordered through forgot" to order our doors and then we were left with a hole in our wall while we waited for them to be ordered and made. Then when they were delivered one of the doors was missing.Fast forward to now and one of the doors has broken

Corey and the hardworking team at Woodworkers XS are the best. They custom built numerous complex windows for me and had such a 'can-do' attitude to it all. They made them well under the allocated time and service was always with a smile and for such an amazing price. These guys need to be your one stop shop for timber joinery. Seriously, your crazy to go anywhere else!

Purchased a sliding door.Since it has been installed ive had issues.Screen door falling of some parts don’t have screw drilled in. The frame is also coming of the wall. It’s been 1 month contacted them a few time in regards to the issues with nobody dealing with the matter, 7k for a new back door that is not doing the job! They are very helpful and have good communication until they get your money.Door plus messaged and give a date and time for installation, so we took the day of work to have nobody show up. When contacting them the installer messaged the wrong client.So not only do i have a door this isn’t working probably. I also lost a day of work, because of there mistakes.
