We went to yesterday, it was disappointing experience, the table is sticky and environment seems not clean ,the sushi is not fresh and not delicious, especially the handrooll so bad , we won't go back this resaurant.

Alpha Sushi Parramatta
Great value for money, mom and pop Korean-run Japanese restaurant.Ordered chirashi do the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the large serving size.We've ordered the basic sushi platter from here before and haven't been disappointed. Large portion sizes, decent taste and good value for money.Would recommend and come here again.

Don't know if the menu has changed recently but just popped in for lunch, looked at the dishes going past and literally 95% of them were huge pieces, which imo makes a not very pleasurable sushi eating experience.I've always thought that the idea of sushi was it was supposed to be no more than a mouthfull at a time not having to take bites out of a large piece of rice and filling.Also, over the p/a was what sounded like a Japanese radio call in show, probably nice for the workers to listen to, but annoying to customers (me)Will be my last visit here unfortunately.

Alpha sushi takes the rank of best sushi restaurant in Parramatta! Large and generous serving sizes which are flavoursome and fresh! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone after some Japanese cuisine.

Paid $17 for 8 tiny pieces of sushi that went straight to the bin when I got home.The “prawn” one tasted like burned breadcrumbs (no prawn taste at all).The salmon aburi was disgusting, both the fish and the fatty sauce (whatever that was), and just too much tasteless rice.Just go elsewhere… this place is terrible.I would not eat there again even for free.

Ordered Tonkotsu ramens takeaways, soup is so little that not even able to cover all ingredients. No star should be given. If they can’t serve decent quantity / quality of food, might as well just take it out of menu.
