I always liked Ayres until their customer service started lacking last year. It would take them so long just to get back to me saying the items I wanted were out of stock. Constant delayed back and forth still not ending up with the boxes I wanted. They offered a credit when I wanted a refund. Eventually got it after persisting. Now trying to have my printing block released to another company is like trying to leave a cult. I was going to go back to them in March when my boxes were back in stock - but now I am so put off by how hard they make everything I will not be going back!!! Disappointed. Trying ImajPak's boxes next if Ayres ever releases my printing block...

My partner and I did the beginner’s lost wax carving course with Bec and were totally blown away by her generosity and care. The course was the perfect mix of having the freedom to do what interested us, and Bec constantly providing exactly the right amount of guidance, tools and expertise. The small group size, convivial atmosphere (between the participants, I think we solved the world’s problems! Haha) and beautiful location made this course so special. We came away with rings we’re so proud of, and a heap of information about casting in Melbourne, places to buy tools and supplies and Bec’s openness to ongoing advice and mentorship. I’ve done a similar course elsewhere, but Bec really made a difference with her amazing friendliness and help - the opposite of industry gate keeping. Can’t recommend this course enough: treat yourself!

Beautiful jewellery, unfortunately the lady working there didn't know to much,did nt know about zip pay ,etc,etc,no brouchers,when asked for them apparently ,they never had them,lies,lies, more lies,mustvof changed hands previous workers or owners much more professional, Beautiful jewellery customer service a 1.!!!!

Ordered a regulator for disposable propane canisters and received an email that it was sent on 7th September. Two weeks later still not here. I look up the tracking number and find that the parcel was sent to the wrong address down the street because it had the wrong house number on. The recipients luckily were honest enough to send back to sender, niche. If the address on the parcel had been correct they would have walked up and delivered it here. I have sent an email days ago to niche and no reply. I am writing this on 28 September. Edit. I have contacted the office by phone and the matter is in hand. Yes the item was sent to the wrong address and my email was lost in the system their end. However since the phone contact yesterday their approach has been great. I will have my item in a day or two.

Quick email response, friendly staff. I was looking for wooden produce crates to use as a decor feature. Even though mine was a small order I found them very helpful and attentive.

Ken was very helpful in getting me a torch set up for jewellery making. Would definitely recommend. :)

I went in with a movement to be fitted into a new case, there was a small issue with fitment, but it was solved and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. As I'm sure assembling a watch from a bag of parts isn't their usual service, I appreciated them taking on the job as I'm sure they were busy. Excellent service and I would return for any watch needs.
