I purchased a car from National Capital Kia approximately 2 years ago. Unfortunately through no fault of their own this car had some minor faults that required attention. The management and staff at NCM couldnt have been more helpful throughout the entire warranty process. They listened to my concerns, were attentive and continued to support me until I was entirely happy with the outcome. This turned an unfortunate situation into an extremely positive experience as I witnessed first hand just how much the team at NCM care about their customers. Although I eventually didn’t go with the car from KIA, the overall experience for our test drive was the best among all test drives we did. Dan and Stefanie looked after us and I definitely recommend their service. Very welcoming, informative and going over and beyond really with the customer care.

Jet made the whole process of buying a new car easy and stress free. He was friendly and genuine and was very quick to respond to my enquiries. He arranged a great trade in for my old car, guided me through my new one, and set up my CarPlay so I could enjoy my first drive home!
