I had a magical massage from Katrina. She had a lovely, calmness about her and was very intuitive in terms of what I needed. I noticed she had really warm hands which gave the feeling of being massaged with a heat pack and it felt so relaxing. She seemed to know exactly where my sore spots were and by the end of the massage I was floating. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

First appointment I went to I was having pain and loss of flexibility in my hips. After trying chIro and physio and not getting results I thought I would try Kinesiology. After 1 appointment I had instant relief and my stretching actually stared working.Something I didn't expect was Alycia was able to help with my axsiety issues. So much so my sleep improved and my general mood got better.On my second appointment even though maybe a long shot I asked if she could help with my jaw clenching at night. I would wake up with saw jaw and headaches . I cant explain how it was done and I walked out with some doubt as to how someone could fix this, however after being so effective with my axiety I gave it a go.To this day I have stopped my jaw clenching when I sleep.
