Attended today with no appointment as my Land Rover was showing that the coolant level was low. I was greeted by Courtney when I attended who was absolutely amazing and very professional! Thank you Courtney for the great service!

Malvern ULR is the best Land Rover/Jag Dealer in Victoria (at least). I recently was on the market for a new Jag and had the absolute pleasure of have Andrew T. as my Sales Exec. He know his stuff, you can tell a real car lover and he was incredibly polite, courteous and efficient. There was no unpleasant salesmanship" that one comes to expect from a Car Dealer

Grant provided amazing customer service in the servicing of my Land Rover. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I just took delivery of a new Defender 110 P300 from ULR. Salesman Bart went above and beyond during the 9 months it took for order to be delivered. He has over 20 years experience with Land Rover products and his knowledge was greatly appreciated.Communication was fantastic throughout the process. I am aware of numerous instances where Bart responded to communications after-hours or on his day off.This was my first purchase of a JLR product. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership and Bart to anyone considering a JLR product.Thank you to the ULR team!

I recently went to Purnell Jaguar Land Rover to buy a new top-of-the-range Jaguar F-Pace. The sales representative (Colin Whybro) was cordial and accomodating, answered my questions, organised a test drive and followed up diligently. At home I decided to go to the Jaguar Land Rover website to build a car online so I could review all the options carefully. At the end of the process I noticed that the total cost on the website for a car with the exact same specifications as the car that Purnell priced for me was approx $20k cheaper despite listing all the charges incl gst, stamp duty, registration, delivery etc. I then called Purnell to question why there would be such a large difference and whilst at first Colin tried to blame the accuracy of the website, he eventually said that it was based on supply and demand. I went to another Sydney dealership that I had never been to in the past and bought a new Jaguar F-Pace on the spot saving over $20k compared to the Purnell price, with plenty more options and a 5 year service plan all included. I fully understand that a dealer can price a car as they see fit, however having already bought 2 new cars in the past from the same dealership I expected to be treated a lot better. Instead they just assumed that I would buy from them only because I live very close to the dealership. Needless to say that I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Purnell.

I own an Audi A6 have tried several European Cars Mechanics over the years. (Yes please forget and never use Audi Centre Perth-they are a rip off!). I recently changed to this mechanic via referal from a friend - Darrel is an honest man, knows all the cars well, uses genuine parts, very good prices and doesn't charge over the top prices on parts and labour like other euro mechanics in Wangara area which I recently left. Forget all others just stick with this guy.

Genuinely awesome guys who work here.Took my 325i and got an excellent service and engine cover change out with Charlie and the rest of crew. Even though I am 50ks out from them, prbly my only stop for any servicing needs. Good pricing and good knowledge.
