What a unexpected bonus for our visit to the Gemfields. It was a lot more fun than what we thought and Mark was patient & friendly explaining the process to us. We even found a few little sapphires to make it even more worthwhile. We would definitely do it again!

I was shocked to see negative review.i have shopped at Adelaide exchange for at least 15 years.haven't been for a couple .mylast experience I wanted a diamond ring.the manager sorry forgotten your name Helen? but I picked one similar to what was her hand.they explained to me clarity the flaw system which went into grading etc .so I bought .I have purchased gold chains bangles etc because they were the only jeweller's to explained copper filled bangles etc.

Thank_you Jackie for your beautiful work that you have done on my two rings and diamond bangle.Truly Amazing!!!!Jackie fixed all of my Jewellery at her shop.No sending my precious Jewellery away and hoping someone somewhere would fix it .If you haven't been to Jackie's shop I truly recommend you pop in and look at all the jaw dropping hand made jewellery she has made, let alone one of the most impressive crystal shops.Pure workmanship at it's finest.I haven't seen this quality of Jeweller for a Long Long Time.

Warren is a highly professional and passionate jeweller who explains to me in detail the difference between fine jewellery and mass produced commercial jewellery. We have spent a good 2 hours in his store looking through different types of jewellery. I would definitely recommend Ringleaders as my preferred choice for purchasing jewellery!!
