Leather repair service

Searched for months without success throughout five States to have my classic car's steering wheel recovered in stitched leather and found New Life Repair Services who did a fantastic job in a super fast time and at a reasonable cost. It looks great and was worth sending it on a 4,000 km round trip by Australia Post. Highly recommend them for their service, quality and professionalism.

The tailor is a very nice gentleman. Altered two pairs of dress pants and two belts for me and the price is very good as well.

Anna and Melardo were lovely to deal with.Old school, they repaired 2 huge sleeping bags for me. No one else really wanted to touch fantastic. About half the price of a new one to repair both

I have been regularly taking items to Phillip for alterations for several years now. Always very impressed with his high quality workmanship, with no job too big or too small for Phillip, and at very reasonable rates too. Highly recommended for all of your tailoring needs!John

Very unhappy with the service and the outcomes.I dropped my 2 designer bags over a month in their shop. Though when I dropped the bag I said no rush, I really didn't expect to wait for more than a month! Plus I actually rang a couple of times to see how my bags was going. But it never seemed someone was following up.Today I finally could pick up my bags. But, except one thing, all the other requirements that I discussed with another staff in that shop the time when I dropped the bags were not reached at all!In the whole conversations between me and the shop owner, he talked very arrogantly, no apologies at all of keeping my bags for a month but didn't reach the customers' requirements. He even gave me a 'lecture' saying that, ' You said NO RUSH, let me tell you, next time you should say I want my bag on Saturday' something like that...I paid $50 deposit the time when I dropped the bags. But since they still reached one requirement. I decided not to argue about the money. However, that owner said, 'I refund you $20 and that's all' something like that...The way he said to me as if I wanted to argue with him for some benefits or refunds. But that's not my main point of expressing my unsatisfactory to him.In the end I said to him I don't need any refunds from my deposit. But I said I will not pay any extras, since no other requirements had been reached. Then he said ok. I took my bags and walked away from the shop.As a business owner, I suggest he should learn how to accept customer negative opinions, and get improvements in the future.Also, I suggest him that he should improve in his skills in customer service. Be more friendly and polite to talk the customers, especially when his repairs cannot reach the customers' requirements.

FIVE GOLD STARS ***** Mr Steam exceeded my expectations.. He was on time and friendly, very efficient and did an excellent job. I would recommend Steve at Mr Steam to anyone who wants their car cleaned perfectly! I also love their eco-friendly system, using only 5L of water to steam clean my entire car, inside and out!

I bought 2 reclining leather chairs from HQ Living at Moore Park.After 6 months of use the colour came off in patches on the seatand arms of both chairs.I contacted Nathan from Devine leather and he meticulously mixed the colour of the leather, prepared and recoloured the problem areas. The results are amazing. I am thrilled with the result and would highly recommend his service.

Brought in my 7 pieces of my clothes for cleaning. 6 of them returned back in a good condition. But my denim jacket got back with a green stain on it. And the stain wasnt there when i brought it in. I went back to the store and they did reclean my jacket but still could not get rid of the stain. The owner then told me that if they can’t get rid of it then no one can.The cleaning was ok, but wouldn’t trust them with designer pieces.
