Brava Lingerie - Highpoint
I purchased a strapless bra from Brava Highpoint and not even after 2 hours of wear, the bra was completely creased mid cup and unwearable.I have message customer support many times now and they had only responded once to ask if I had followed the correct care, which I responded “yes” to, and no there has been no response for over three weeks, after me following up numerous times.You would think when you spend two hours in store for a fitting and then purchase a $100.00 bra, that it would not have these issues, after just two hours of wear.It’s appalling that the customer care team know that it is not of a fault of mine, that they now have chosen to ignore my many MANY emails.Very disappointing!

Never pick up any phone lines no matter what section you try-I’ve tried all! Customer experience phone line doesn’t pick up either. Been waiting near 1 month for an item to arrive at click and collect hub. Have tried multiple days to get through. Nothing! No word. Myer you have gone downhill.

So annoying. I have been trying for 11 months to use a store credit but the Canberra shop never has anything in my size, and won’t get stock in without treating it as an online order (and I can’t use my credit for that). It is ridiculous that you can only get a store credit for an online purchase return and then that it can only be used in the shop you returned the item to. If I had known that I would have returned the item to a shop in Sydney (where there is likely to be more sizes available).
