Luggage storage facility

Have used Super Easy Storage many times over the years and also recommended more than a few times. They always amaze me each and every time how efficient they are and overall how good a business model it is. When you are moving / storing you really do want convenience and they offer the most convenient service for a really reasonable price. Had different people over the years to do the pickup and drop off but they have always been lovely and professional which is important when people are in your home. It is testament to the great recruiting they do. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this place, I paid to get it out and they said it was coming the Saturday the next week at 7am but I called them and they said it wasn't locked? So they said they can't book if for the next Monday instead, also they told me I had to pay over 6,000 dollars for they rest of the year because I wanted to put my things there for a year and I was getting it out early than that

It was a pleasant experience to hire the storage here ,Jarryd was very helpful and patience to explain every detail to me.The storage are very clean and bright , removal trolley provided on loading bay which very helpful for me .Door code Access is convenient, I was a bit nervous at the beginning but it made my moved so easy.I will certainly come back in the future if needed and highly recommended total self storage .

Very convenient. We dropped off our luggages before heading off to Great Ocean Road and the process was a breeze. Also arrived on the pick up date later than their business hours, but the person in charge made some ways for us to still be able to get our bags. Highly recommended.
