For the first time in my life I am working in a night fill position and wanted to have the best tools to achieve the best results. I found that with the Martor Secumax 150. The blade gap is just the right size to cut easily through boxes and with the dual blades, if one gets blocked with cardboard you can quickly flip it and continue. I like the product so much that I purchased the Secumax 350 within a week of having the Secumax 150. I am recommending it to all my co-workers.The Secumax 350 did not disappoint, it cut through boxes like a hot knife through butter and no damage to the products within. The only major difference for me between the Secumax 150 and Secumax 350 was the scraper.The only question I have for Martor is what should I try next?

Called in the morning to enquire about price etc. Dropped off 3 chef's knives and they were sharpened in 25 minutes. I've used them this afternoon and they are spectacular! I've had these knives sharpened at various places (butchers and other sharpeners) and they have never been great. Also, very affordable, $18 for three chef's knives. Northern Sharpening has sharpened these knives to brand new condition. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you!!

I bought a mortar and pestle worth $ 65 from this shop, and the pestle was broken after one week while I was using it. I only used it twice. I went there to talk to them and showed them the broken pestle. When we went there to buy it, they were so polite, friendly and very helpful. But when I went back with the broken pestle, they turned quite rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Although I did not have my bill with me, I knew the exact date and time. And I could provide them the payment proof through the bank app. They didn’t even bother to take a look at their system to trace the sale and told me they cant do anything about it since I didn’t have the bill.We have bought many things from them and never went back asking for refund or wanting to return stuff. It is fine if they didn’t want to replace it with a new one or give me the money back. At least some respect and listening to a regular customer would have been sufficient.I would never go to this place even if that is the last place standing.

I must be one of the lucky ones compared to all the negative reviews. But then again, I didn’t buy any knives, just other kitchen products. The staff seemed friendly and helpful to me.

I have used Superior Saws at Smithfield for over 9 years to supply and sharpen saw blades in my workshop without any issues. Great service, advice, fairly priced and prompt delivery.
