Mammography service

I have taken clients to many different radiology clinics in the past 12 years, and this is the first clinic where every single staff member was kind, caring and helpful to assist my niece who was in extreme pain. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

I've been a patient here for over five years. The service is second to none, and I love the fact that you have a scan, other tests required (such as fine needle biopsy), and see the specialist to discuss the results all in one day. Amazing.

Very friendly and professional staff. Ran AHEAD of time which was great. Only thing that could be improved is better directions of how to actually get into the building.

Was a first time patient of the clinic . From booking appointments beforehand to my actual appointment can honestly say I recieved the best service I have had in my 43 yrs ! Staff and volunteers are exceptionally kind , polite , professional and attentive and make sure you are comfortable and as relaxed as possible the whole visit . I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be a return patient after today . Keep up the great work !

This place deserves 5/5 rating all the way. All staff including technicians are lovely , friendly and helpful. I had multiple ultrasound procedures done at reservoir location and every time the experience was very positive. They know how to calm patient’s anxiety down while being very kind and professional. I have been to other Vision radiology locations but I can say Reservoir branch is the best among all.

Poor service by most staff on front counter. Asked to wear a mask (which I am definitely ok with) only to watch staff sit there talking about their weekends with masks around their chins, or removing mask to talk on the phone??????Was informed service was bulk billed on making appointment, had imaging done, told was right to go as bulk billed and then on way home was called by the staff stating I had to pay as we had not had an x-ray prior to having imaging done. Took several phone calls to sort this issue out.Definitely will not use again.

The doctor and nurse who performed my fine incision biopsy were seriously so amazing. The doctor explained everything so well and the nurse was the perfect distraction. I barely felt the anaesthetic needle and felt so comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was so worried leading up to it but felt so happy and relieved with how easy the procedure was. I know not to be worried now about any further procedures I may need. Thank you thank you to the beautiful doctor and nurse. I wish I could remember their names. Amazing work!

Songrapher Melissa was very rude when I tried to assist my partner. Wouldn't allow me in the room to be with her and dismissed what I had to say. I honestly couldn't believe that someone in healthcare could be so unprofessional. This was a doctor referral. Next time will request another provider.

The two receptionists at the front desk were extremely professional and warmly greeted patients. The sonographer however was abrupt, insensitive, not at all polite in her communications and not particularly reassuring. Patients names could be easily seen on the screen as you entered the exam room. I remarked that when using alcohol wipes especially now with Covid clean it is recommended one wears gloves as hands and skin suffer. The response was Thank you for your concern but I have been doing this for 20 years" with the tone and glare that was most uncomfortable."
