The Ballina visitors centre provides a wealth of information for both visitors and locals. The team were able to assist me in finding dog friendly beaches in the area and supplied me with a great what’s on flier that provided some fun filled activities for the week.

I purchased the Bellarine Peninsula map jigsaw, I’ve just received it and I’m very happy with it. Good customer service, quick delivery, great product, thank you to all involved in making the Bellarine Peninsula map and the jigsaw spinoff.

I was chasing a map that was a combination of 4 different maps. The team were able to throw one together for me. When i noticed an error they happily printed me an amended one. Would recommend them for getting maps or any other large format prints done. Great service.

The Ballina Tourist Centre has the best gifts! Anytime I need a birthday pressie for a friend or family member I stop in here! They are unique, fun and great quality. They’re also my go to for information on local hikes and day activities.. there is just so much to do around the Ballina Shire! Friendly staff too.

The maps created by Cartographics ensured that guests at Bendleby Ranges have a trouble-free 4WD experience. With regular updating, which is done promptly by Cartographics, we can respond to additions and changes on the property.

If i could give zero stars I would! Ordered 2 Maps nearly 4 1/2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! What's worse is that the shop is only 25km from my home... But that's not all - the tracking number provided doesn't exist??? I have sent 4 emails and don't get replies and when I do - they completely ignore my questions??? I try calling and no one answers!?! Very frustrated, very suspicious all I want is my maps and they can't even take the time to respond to me. Very unhappy and would not recommend this business to anyone! I'd be happy to change my response here if only they would communicate with me. Maybe this will get there attention and i'll get my maps??? Don't bother with these guys - very very unhappy! (And all they needed to do was communicate with me and respond_ Lazy!)

DONT BUY FROM THIS LOT.Bought a Franklin world globe from this company. Paid $200.00 for a very inferior quality item. Globe plastic covering has numerous bubbles, lumps and distorting blisters. Atrocious . Could have done much better at the local newsagent's. My letter of complaint elicited a cavalier response about how busy the company had been and to return it if I didn't like it. No apologies or queries, just a remark that they don't make these globes, they come from a supplier!! Unbelievable.Customer service....NON EXISTENT
