Karate Jitsu
Karate Jitsu has been an outstanding learning experience for both of my young daughters. The classes are run in a professional and accessible way that allows all participants to gain confidence in themselves whilst also respecting the space and rights of others. The focus on peer instruction is particularly impressive. It truly is a holistic approach developing individuals. I would recommend these classes very highly!

IMC Engadine Martial Arts
We have been so impressed with Sensei Maggie and Sensei Alex at IMC Engadine. They are extremely patient and make learning karate so fun for the kids. Our daughter really looks up to Sensei Maggie and even had a karate party at IMC this year which all the children loved. Highly recommend their classes and a ninja party!

Southern Praying Mantis Kungfu Academy
What an awesome traditional Kung Fu school here in Lismore. I love learning a style that has stood the test of time. Sifu Jody teaches the meaning behind applications at each level to ensure you understand every aspect of this system. The fitness and conditioning exercises are great and the weaponry at higher levels is awesome. It is certainly a very friendly and welcoming kung fu school.
